إيزيس، وبينوا فنانان مقيمان بسويسرا. عملا معا على مشروع كايرو [ت] منذ ديسمبر 2014 حيث قاما بأول رحلاتهما البحثية للقاهرة. ونتيجة لذلك، أنشأوا تركيب الصوت الأول و اسموه فى انتظار القاهرة [ت] في جنيف.

هذا العام، عادوا ثانية لإجراء المقابلات، تسجيل اصوات الحياة اليومية، معايشة اقصى كم ممكن من طبقات هذةالمدينة.

و الآن يريدون منك تفكيك ذلك، التساؤل حولة، منحه الحياة.

Kairos, n., (origin : ancient Greek) The perfect, delicate, crucial moment ; the fleeting rightness of time and place that creates the opportune atmosphere for actions, words, or movements.

Isis and Benoît are two Switzerland based artists. They have been working together on the Kairo[s] project since december 2014 when they did a first research trip in Cairo. As a result, they created a first sound installation called Waiting for Kairo[s] in Geneva.

This year, they came back to conduct interviews, record everyday life sounds, get a feel of as much layers of the city as they could. Now they want you to deconstruct it, to question it, to make it live. Turn on the button.
